Hello again! I’ve been busy filming and editing my next YouTube tutorial today. It’s been a long while since my last video, but I hope you enjoy this one :)

In this video, I’ve showcased the new gorgeous treat bags using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit die in the Occasions 2015 catalogue. With this die, you can create numerous sizes; and in the video, I will show you how to make 3 different sizes.

For bag 1, I used the standard design of one large, and one small diecut piece. I then cut the extra embellishments using the added framelits in the set. This bag was cased from a similar design in the Impressions Jan/Feb magazine (for Stampin’ Up! demonstrators).

Bag 2 was created using 2 of the small bag pieces. I then scored at 1cm along the bottom edge of one piece; and cut off 1cm from the bottom edge of the remaining piece. The two pieces were then adhered together. I finished it off with a bow of Calypso Coral seam binding ribbon, a diecut of Gold Foil sheet (the original sample shown above used Silver Foil) for the words ‘For You’, and a punch out from the Label Bracket punch, in Night Of Navy cardstock.

The final bag was created using 2 of the large bag pieces. I also used the heart framelit from the set, to cut a negative space from the front of the bag. The bag was then sealed at the bottom with a matching piece of DSP, measuring 9.5×4.2cm. This bag was cased off a similar design on Pinterest.

Well, I hope you enjoy this tutorial, and I’m off to plan the next one! :)
