Hello again! Just popping in to show you what we made this fortnight in my class – Peekthrough cards, using the Special Reason stamp set and Stylish Stems Framelits.

inbetween lineFor the first card, we used a card base of thick Whisper White cardstock. On a piece of Night Of Navy card, we used the largest Thinlit flower, and cut a negative space. The card base was sponged with Night Of Navy ink, and the Night Of Navy cardstock was adhered on the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

An assortment of flowers and leaves were cut from Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, and Old Olive cardstock; and stuck to the card. A banner of Whisper White card was stamped with a sentiment using Night Of Navy ink. A strip of Silver Glimmer Paper, sequins, and rhinestones helped finish the card off. Here it is:

20170306_152257inbetween lineFor the second card, we used a card base of Mint Macaron, and overlaid a Whisper White card front that had been negatively diecut with the stem Framelit. An assortment of flowers and leaves were stamped on Whisper White card with Watermelon Wonder, Flirty Flamingo, Cucumber Crush, and Mint Macaron ink. These were then cut using the co-ordinating Framelits, and glued to the card. A banner of Mint Macaron cardstock was stamped with a sentiment using Cucumber Crush ink, and the card was finished off with pearls. Here it is:

20170306_152512inbetween lineFor the last card, we used a card base of Soft Sky card. A piece of paper from the Falling In Love DSP was glued to Very Vanilla cardstock, and stuck to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Another piece of Very Vanilla cardstock was negatively diecut with the small and large flower Thinlits and the piece was stamped with a sentiment using Soft Sky ink. Pearls finished off the card.
