Hello everyone, and welcome back to my blog! Today we are celebrating the gorgeous Kelly Kent, with a birthday blog hop. There are 25 demonstrators taking part in this blog hop, so let’s get started :)

I’m using a mix of new and retiring products for the card I made for Kelly. I started with a card base of Blackberry Bliss and layered it with Vellum, and a card front of the new Perennial Essence DSP from the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue. I cut some flowers from a piece of Delightfully Detailed DSP, and glued these to the card front, white side up.

I then layered a strip of Whisper White Polka Dot trim, and Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon. The card was then finished off with a sentiment label of Blackberry Bliss cardstock, and sequins from the Woven Threads Sequins pack. The stamp set I used is a new one called Bloom & Grow – it has some gorgeous fonts in it <3

I hope Kelly likes her card – and that it reaches her before her birthday! Let’s continue the birthday celebrations by following the Next Blog button below – the next stop is my amazingly talented best friend, Nicole Wilson. She’s no doubt created something AMAZING ;)

Simply stunning, Rach! Oh boy, I loved this paper from the minute I laid eyes on it decorating the front of the registration desk at OnStage. Love the way you have combined it with a few simple elements to create this beautiful card x

Stunning, Rachael. I can not wait to get my hands on that dsp. It really doesn’t need much embellishment at all – and what you’ve done with it here is perfect.

So beautiful Rach (just like you!). I love the simple floral detail over the gorgeous new DSP. I’m having buyers remorse that I thought I could wait another order to get that DSP. It’ll be on my very next order, I can’t wait any longer after seeing all the gorgeous cards using it for this hop. Thanks for being part of my birthday celebrations! Kelly x

Gosh, I just love this card. The DSP is stunning on it’s own but the added elements just raise it a notch!

I love how the flower from the laser cut DSP is subtle so that it doesn’t take away from the DSP background. They work well together.
