4c089b1dfbe67088615963a99ec176e4For my creation, I was inspired by the above image to create a watercoloured background with movement. I started with a card base of Night Of Navy. On Watercolor Paper, I masked a border with washi tape; and brushed Pool Party, Island Indigo and Night Of Navy inks with an Aqua Painter, letting it dry completely. I then flicked water over this and dried with the Heat Tool, to create watermarks.

On Vellum, I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment with Versamark and Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder. The card was finished off with clear and Tutti Frutti Adhesive Backed Sequins.

IMG_2649Thank you for popping in to have a look at my creation this week. Don’t forget to pop over to Just Add Ink and try #JAI399 as well. ‘Til next time x

Your watery scene really does have an oceanic feel Rachael, and you’ve teamed it with the perfect sentiment – so beautiful! xx
