Hello again! This week’s Just Add Ink challenge is a colour combination – Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist and Crumb Cake. I’ll admit, this one did stump me for a while…and it took me 3 attempts to create something I was happy enough to share with you all! :P

I started with a base of Crumb Cake, and on Whisper White, I applied an paste of Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide, blending between the two colours. I used the standard Embossing Paste and the Texture Masks. Using a Silicone Craft Sheet, I mixed 2 teaspoons of each colour, using reinkers and mixing well with a palette knife. The paste was applied, and left to dry naturally.

I finished off the card with leaves punched from Lemon Lime Twist card and Vellum, Silver Metallic Thread, and banner of Whisper White card; stamped with a sentiment using Tranquil Tide ink. The ‘amazing’ diecut comes from the Celebrate You Thinlits in the 2018 Sale-A-Bration catalogue.

IMG_2642_editedThank you for popping in to have a look at my creation. Don’t forget to pop over to Just Add Ink to take part in #JAI393. ‘Til next time x
