26734486_10154860636575882_5509540945959322792_nHello again! Welcome back to another Just Add Ink challenge. This week (#JAI477) is sketch layout! I decided to use the very cute Santa from Holly Jolly Christmas for my creation.

I started with a card base of Crumb Cake. On a strip of Night Of Navy cardstock, I adhered a slightly smaller strip of DSP, from the Night Before Christmas DSP. My Santa was stamped on Whisper White, and coloured with Stampin’ Blends. For his suit, I stamped him again on DSP, but cut just his suit parts out, and glued them on to the Blend-coloured version.


He was then cut out, and layered with an oval of Vellum, Silver Metallic Thread; and a sentiment label. The label was stamped with Versamark on Basic Black, and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.

To finish off the card, I used sequins from the Woven Threads sequin assortment.
