I decided to stay quite literal with the blended sunset, and started with a card base of thick Basic White. On a piece of Basic White, I blended all 4 colours using Blending Brushes. Once dry, this was embossed with the Subtle embossing folder (which gives a lovely linen look), and matted on another layer of Basic White card.
On the blended card front, I stamped a sentiment randomly in the bottom right using Pumpkin Pie. I then layered a diecut circle of Vellum, and stamped and coloured a few images from Prettiest Birthday; using Memento and Stampin’ Blends.
These were then fussy cut and adhered on the Vellum circle. The card was finished off with a strip of Polka Dot Whisper White Tulle Ribbon, sequins and a sentiment label of Basic Black; stamped and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.
Thank you for popping in to have a look at my creation. Don’t forget to pop over to Colour INKspiration to take part in #CI97 too.
