For my creation, I made a CAS card for my Dad’s upcoming birthday. I started with a card base of Balmy Blue. For the card front I lined several images from Stitchery on an acrylic block, coloured each stitch with a different colour Stampin’ Write Marker; and stamped it on Basic White. I left a blank space in the middle to stamp a layered sentiment with Pacific Point and Balmy Blue ink.
Once dry, I mounted the card front on a slightly larger mat of Basic White, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to add height. As this was a card destined for my Dad, I decided to keep the design CAS; and decided not to use any extra embellishments.
Thank you for popping in to have a look at my creation. Don’t forget to pop over to Colour INKspiration to take part in #CI114 too.
‘Til next time x
