Hello again! Welcome to the first class catchup of 2018. In this class, we played with the new Brusho Watercolor Crystals in the 2018 Occasions catalogue. We created 3 cards using this product.
For the first card, we used a card base of Pumpkin Pie. On Watercolor Paper, we stamped and heat embossed a floral image from Touches Of Texture. The paper was then wet with an Aqua Painter, and it was sprinkled with Yellow and Gamboge Brusho crystals.
For the second card, we used a card base of Whisper White. On Watercolor Paper, we sprinkled Yellow, Gamboge and Brilliant Red Brusho Crystals; then spritzed with a Stampin’ Spritzer filled with water.
For the final card, we used thick Whisper White as the card base. We wet a piece of Watercolor Paper quite liberally with an Aqua Painter, then sprinkled Prussian Blue Brusho Crystals on it. As the water absorbed in, we tilted the paper around so the colour would run over the card.
The possibilities really are endless with Brusho. I’d love to see what you come up with – please feel free to post a picture of your creation in the comments below, or on my Facebook page. ‘Til next time x
