Hello again and welcome back to another class catch-up! This fortnight, we played with Stampin’ Blends in a technique class. Have you had a play with these markers yet? They are so easy to use, and so addictive – I can’t stop using them on almost everything :D
We made 3 cards using various applications of the Stampin’ Blends markers.
For the first card, we used a card base of Basic Black. A card front of thick Whisper White card was stamped all over with an image from Petal Palette and Memento Black ink. We coloured one set of flowers in with Blends. The card was finished off with a sentiment label and ribbon trims.
For the second card, we used a card base of Rich Razzleberry. We used a small strip of Graceful Glass Vellum, and coloured it with Blends. This was then layered on Whisper White to enhance the colour. We then stamped a sentiment on Whisper White with Memento Black ink and finished the card with Black Metallic Thread and Iridescent Sequins.
For the last card, we used a card base of Soft Sea Foam. On Whisper White card, we scribbled a background using Light and Dark Soft Sea Foam Blends. This was then stamped over with a floral image from Touches Of Texture; using Basic Gray ink. The card was finished with a simple strand of White Bakers Twine, tied in a bow.
Thank you for popping in to have a look at our creations. If you’d like to know more about Stampin’ Blends, feel free to ask! ‘Til next time x
