occ17_p020aHello again! I’m just popping in to show you the creations we made in this fortnight’s 1 Set, 3 Ways class, using the Oh So Succulent stamp set and co-ordinating Framelits.

inbetween lineWe made three cards – a Valentines card, a birthday card, and a sympathy card. For the first card, we started with a card base of Rich Razzleberry, and on a piece of Whisper White card; stamped various succulents using Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Bermuda Bay, and Calypso Coral ink. This was then overlayed with Vellum and stamped with a sentiment, using Archival Black ink.

inbetween lineFor the second card, we used a card base of Tip Top Taupe. On a piece of Watercolor Paper, we ‘smooshed’ Tip Top Taupe ink. After this dried, we flicked ink onto the Watercolor Paper, using a Sahara Sand Stampin’ Write Marker.

IMG_1203Various succulents were stamped on Old Olive, Mint Macaron, and Garden Green cardstock using Memento Black ink; then cut out with co-ordinating Framelits. A planter bowl was cut out of Cajun Craze cardstock – using the icecream bowl from the Frozen Treats Framelits, with the foot cut off. The succulents were then arranged randomly on the planter bowl. A sentiment of Whisper White Craft ink stamped on Basic Black cardstock with the retired Alphabet Rotary Stamp, finished off the card. Here it is:

On a piece of Whisper White card, we stamped the succulent images in various colours. This was then layered onto a piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock, and mounted onto a card base of thick Whisper White card.

IMG_1206A banner of Basic Black cardstock was stamped with a sentiment, using Versamark, and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. The card was finished off with sequins and rhinestones. Here it is:
