Recently, I was asked to make a box card for a 50th Gold wedding anniversary. I gladly accepted the challenge!

I started with a card base of Sahara Sand cardstock. This was stamped all over with the floral stamp from For The New Two, using Versamark ink. This was then heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss powder.

The sentiments, both on the label on the front, and the piece on the back of the card, were stamped using Versamark, and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss powder also.

An assortment of hearts, punched with the Sweetheart punch (using Brushed Gold cardstock – now retired) and the heart from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack; was adhered to the inside of the box card, using strips of Window Sheet. I also cut the number 50 out on my Big Shot, using the Little Numbers Thinlits.

Here’s the finished result!

I hope you’ve been inspired by this project. ‘Til next time x
